My second kinetic sculpture. This one is slightly off the track that links the technological concerns of the other works. It is more delicate and has in itself its own means of motion. The flames from the candle turn the blades made from newspaper lonely hearts columns.

This piece also shows a turning point back towards embracing authenticity of film. The sculptures were intended to be ephemeral and so the filming was necessary and indeed the shooting an editing of this film gives the performance of the sculpture a timeline and a new scale.
